Linespacing shortcuts

In Word the following shortcuts will alter linespacing:

  • CTRL-1 to single space selected lines.

  • CTRL-2 to double space selected lines.

  • CTRL-5 for one and a half line spacing of the selected lines.

This also works in OpenOffice.org, StarOffice, Publisher and, probably, most other Windows applications. In NewDeal Office, use ALT-P followed by L and then S for Single, D for Double and H for one and a Half spacing. Or you can customise your tool bar so that the necessary buttons are displayed and then change the linespacing with a single click.
