Keep tools open

In Publisher, when you click on a drawing tool you can use it once and then it closes. By pressing the CTRL key as you click on the tool of your choice, it will remain open until you cancel it.

In NewDeal Office, the default is for the tool to stay open until you select something else. No CTRL key needed! NewDeal also allows you to keep menus open by clicking on the "pin" at the top. You can then "tear off" the menu and position it anywhere on the screen. This is particularly useful for repetitive jobs that require access to menu options.
